Promotion Terms
This page explains the current FYS Mall policy. Review it before placing an order or submitting a request.
These terms apply to coupon codes, cart discounts, product promotions, delivery offers, bundles, and limited-time campaigns. Each promotion may include additional displayed conditions. If offer-specific conditions conflict with this page, the more specific lawful condition applies for that offer.
Eligibility may depend on customer, account, product, category, seller, payment method, delivery area, minimum order value, redemption limit, or campaign period. Unless expressly stated, one code applies per order and offers cannot be combined.
The checkout summary shows the applied PKR discount before order placement. Product value, comparison price, discount percentage, availability, and offer duration must have a reasonable basis. An image, banner, notification, or expired code does not override the final eligible checkout calculation.
Promotions remain subject to stock and lawful purchase limits. FYS Mall may refuse or reverse an unfulfilled promotional order involving duplicate accounts, automated redemption, manipulated eligibility, pricing or system error, resale abuse, false information, unauthorized access, or other misuse. A customer will not be charged a higher amount without being shown the corrected total or offered cancellation.
If an item is cancelled or returned, the refund is based on the amount actually paid and the discount allocated to that item. Delivery benefits, free gifts, bundles, or threshold discounts may be adjusted if the remaining order no longer meets the original conditions. No refund exceeds the amount paid for the affected item.
A promotion may be corrected, paused, or withdrawn before redemption for stock, error, fraud, provider, operational, or legal reasons. A confirmed lawful order is handled according to its recorded terms. For a promotion complaint, provide the code, screenshot, product, checkout total, date, and order ID where available.
